Lori was drawn to counseling after going through a healing crisis of her own after she was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease. Many of the modalties she now uses with her clients were of great benefit throughout her Lyme treatment and recovery. Hypnotherapy is a powerful modality that can help those looking for small or big changes in their lives. She tells her clients that all you have to do is show up and I do the rest with hypnosis.
In her spare time, Lori loves to spend time with her two doodle dogs, hiiking or going to agility classes . She loves movement including yoga, pilates and Feldenkrais. She is an avid animal lover and has been a member of Therapy Dogs Inc for 15 years. She also volunteers for the Crisis Text Line.
